Next Meeting November 8th
Our next meeting is one week from today, Thursday, November 8th, 7 PM at Devry, and sponsored by Veredus. Free food from Panera, and we’ll have two new speakers this meeting!
Damien McKenna will be presenting on Radient, a simple contentmanagment system on Rails. See how to install and use this gem, and find out how to start writing custom plugins to make even more of it.
Billy Watson will be talking about ActionMailer, sending emails in Rails. From reports to advertising, if your web site wants visitors then it wants to send email. Learn more about ActionMailer and a few helpful plugins.
